After sooooooo many years, finally i'm out of the house on national day. lmao.
Like seriously.
Legacy went to swissotel the stamford this time round.
Thanks to welfare, Sir Derrick, for making it possible.
Such a luxurious place to be at. :/
Enjoyed the Sauna, steam bath, 10 deg celsius and hot jacuzzi and of course the pool.
Being the cheerleader that we are, of course you know what's coming next.

As Fyp coming to an end and final paper is nxt Fri,
i'm really looking forward to life after school.
Haven't really started writing my resume for fitness first or other job applications
for part time while waiting for NS.
Got rehearsal tmr n perfomance the day after and two days after that.
It's gonna be loooonnnnnnggggg week afterall. But i seem to enjoy it someway or another.
After school ytd went to Amk hub fairprice to get;

750g of cream cheese (philadelphia)
200g butter (forgot what brand)
14 sweet biscuits (digestive biscuits)
14 oreo cookies.
Eggs and sugar already have.

   

 



So yesh. Decided to make oreo cheese cake for bee. lol.
And just for the record, it was my first time & i don't really wanna screw up or anything.
So i got help from a friend. Hee.
Was feeling kinda awkward though having thought that her parents might.. errmm.. u know. nag? haha.
But they were cool with it and preparation was smoothly done(:
I used to watch my mom spending the whole night baking cake for special occassions or something
and i used to help her stir the butter and all.
But ytd's was done "manually" by hands cos the stirrer was kinda old and smoke starting coming out after less than 1 min? lmao.
Sooooooo... i used my hands instead. WOAH.. can train ur arm's endurance man.
But kinda enjoy every minute of it luh. Pure effort le. hah!
& after laying it all tgt, we left the cheese cake for 2+hrs in the freezer.
Vuala! it was ready. was dammmmnnnnnnn happy for "my piece of art". Don't have the pic of it though. Darn, why didn't i took it? fsshhhh.
So ytd night itself i decided to "surprised" bee with the cake. (:
yay! successsssssssssssssss. hee.
